NICE’s construction and properties activities are undertaken by Pembangunan Maju Setia Sdn. Bhd (“PMS”) and PMS secured its first construction project in 2020 which is the sub-contract for the construction of a residential apartment in Kuala Lumpur.

In 2021, PMS ventured into provision of mining engineering and construction works where the scope of works comprised of site clearance, earthworks, construction of facility and infrastructures and the project was completed in 2022.

PMS is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia and holds a Grade G7 license.
